If I were to describe myself in 3 words, those would unequivocally be: Creative, energetic, and determined.

I have never been someone to invest only 5% of myself into what I do. The goal for AL BACIO was to create something unique, something delicious and something both myself and my team are passionate about. We wanted to create a place where everyone would feel welcome and have a great time. Seeing our clients, many of which have become close friends throughout the years, enjoying one of my Pizza's, a good glass of wine, and the music whilst going home with a smile on their faces only confirms that this where we're supposed to be.
